4flow is a global supply chain services and software company. We are solving large-scale transportation management problems and optimizing complex supply chain networks. As a Software Consultant, I help customers model and optimize their supply chain on the basis of costs, service level, and environmental impact by using 4flow’s flagship software, 4flow vista. As the software business line grows, I am leading efforts in sales enablement, product marketing, and account management.

I began as a Customer Success Manager then transitioned to Product Management, translating Voice of Customer to engineers, executing product strategies, and serving business process improvements based on KPIs/OKRs

The future of food is at risk. I started Crop Spot Farms to foster an intimate bond between people and food, and to galvanize curiosity in our food system. With hydroponic farming, I look to inspire the next age of farmers, pursuing alternative methods that have less impact on the planet. Crop Spot Farms, established sales direct to consumers, grocery stores and wholesale to big name restaurants on Main St.
Continuous Improvement Program Manager
With Edwards Brothers Malloy, I bridged the gaps between an in-house IT development team of 10 and the various functions of the company. Now a part of P.A. Hutchinson, Edwards Brothers Malloy is an all-in-one solution for book manufacturing with a supply chain that spanned across the globe. In this role, I was able to stretch the limits of my analytical competence and influence change by leveraging years of supply chain data.

Global Operations Intern
As part of a joint institute between the College of Engineering and Ross School of Business graduate programs at The University of Michigan, I worked with a team to recommend and implement solutions for reducing time to production in the engineering development process. In this consulting engagement, I had regular touch-points with the president of the Thermal Division to ensure strategic alignment. At The culmination of the project I presented results to C-level executives.

Supply Chain Operations Intern
I worked with a team of project managers, engineers, and contract manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of test harnesses for Cisco’s blade server product. I also researched the business case for a centralized component ordering platform and implemented a metrics tool to facilitate root-cause analysis of aging product holds during production ramp up.
